Neti Pots should be here soon as well. We’re looking for a supplier of high quality stainless steel neti pots to replace the plastic systems that we’ve carried in the past. If you know of one, let us know!

We’re sorry to report that due to the low number of pre-registered attendees for the Journaling Through the Chakras and Self Healing Through Jin Shin Jyutsu, we’ve decided to cancel these workshops. We hope to be able to offer them again in the future when attendance may be higher.

For future workshops, we’ll do a better job of making it known if pre-registration of a minimum number of participants will be required to ensure that an event will actually take place.

While we’d love to be able to have all of our workshops be open to pre-registration and walk-in participants, not all events lend themselves to that format. These two workshops are of that nature.

We appreciate your understanding.

We’ve added a Yoga class to the April calendar on the 26th at 8:30 a.m. for people at all levels of yoga ability. Laura Colvin will instruct. Look for more information in the next day or so for a massage package combined with this class and some of the Pilates classes this month.

If you’ve heard any of the hype about the antioxidant benefits of the açai berry (pronounced ah-SIGH-ee), then you might be interested in taste testing the MonaVie juice blend that includes the açai berry and 18 other fruits. Michelle Cullen will be hosting a taste testing at Mountain Waves Healing Arts tomorrow, Thursday April 3rd from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Join her for an informal and informative experience about this new juice.
