In order to better align our pricing, we’ve made a couple of minor adjustment to the price of our Class Pass. Beginning June 1, 2008, the 8 Class Pass will now be $48 and the Unlimited Class Pass will go to $65. All other prices will remain the same. You’ll still be able to get unlimited class access at the old $60 rate by purchasing our new Quarterly Class Pass which entitles you to unlimited classes for three consecutive months for a price of $180 per quarter. Pilates classes move to 8:00am on Mondays and Wednesdays starting in June. Also note that Saturday Pilates classes will be replaced with All Levels Yoga at 8:15am. On Monday evenings, we’ve added an All Levels Yoga class at 7:00 pm, following the Yoga Basics Plus at 5:30. With this June calendar, we now have yoga classes seven days a week! You might also notice that we’ve refined the names of our yoga classes to Gentle Restorative Yoga, Yoga Basics, Yoga Basics Plus and All Levels Yoga. The newest addition to our regular class schedule is Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes each Monday at 10:30am. Click here for more information.

As for events and workshops, Holly Troy is conducting three free Community Yoga Classes on Thursday the 5th, 12th and 19th at 7:00 pm.

The workshop series on Sound Healing continues on Saturday June 14th. April Arroyo conducts an Introduction to Sound Healing. This practical workshop has lots of good information about how you can help yourself or someone you care about through the vibrational energy of sound. Click here for more information.

Finally, Niki Sachs is hosting a free orientation on June 26th to acquaint you with her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week Course which begins in July. There’s no obligation, so come out and learn more about this practical method to achieving mindfulness during your everyday living. More information.

RinpocheTulku Karma Gyurme Sonam Rinpoche, a Lama of the Tibetan Buddhhist Order will offer teachings and dialogue tonight at Mountain Waves Healing Arts. This is one of four public talks in Flagstaff and Sedona on the Teachings on the Path to Awakening Series. Tonight’s topic in the series is Dialogue on Impermanence.

The presentation begins at 7:00 pm tonight May 22nd.
