The 5:30 pm Yoga Basics Plus class is cancelled today due to snow. Please check back either here or our main phone number (928) 526-1961 for the status of classes for Tuesday.
The class and event calendar for January 2009 is now available on-line and at the front desk.
Some notable highlights include that we’ll be closed on January 1st in celebration of the new year. January 29th is National Yoga Celebration Day. In honor of that event, all Yoga classes at Mountain Waves on the 29th will be free!
Emily will be holding her Restorative Yoga Weekend again during the weekend of January 9th, 10th and 11th. Click here to register.
Niki will begin her latest 8 Week Course on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction starting on January 7th. She’s having another free orientation on Monday December 29th at 1:30 pm in case you missed the last one. Click here for more information.
The free orientation to the Stress Reduction Clinic/Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week Course has been rescheduled due to the recent weather. Nicollete Sachs will conduct another orientation for people interested in learning more about this life changing course on Monday December 29th at 1:30 pm. The orientation should last for about an hour and a half. You can contact Niki at (928) 526-1961 extension 4 to let her know if you are planning to attend the orientation. Now that winter is here, class cancellations due to snow are likely. To check if your class is canceled, please call our main telephone number (928) 526-1961 and listen to the menu for the snow cancellation information selection. We’ll also post class cancellation information on this blog as well.
