Schedule Change for Saturday Yoga

Our regularly scheduled Saturday Joyful Morning Yoga at 8:15am will change starting this week (March 14). We will not hold class as scheduled this Saturday because of our 10:00 am Yoga-Meditation class.    Please join Keelyn Riley for the Yoga-Meditation where the theme this week will be yoga nidra.  For more information, please click here.

The Renegade Health Show at Mountain Waves

The Renegade Health Show is hitting the road and Kevin and Annmarie Gianni are traveling throughout the country in a “green” RV.  Powered by veggie oil, they are exploring the culture of natural health in America and sharing their experiences along the way.

During their stop in Flagstaff, Kevin and Annmarie visited Mountain Waves Healing Arts and produced a show segment about us and the holistic services we offer, especially our AquaZaé™ aquatic bodywork.

We had a great time during their visit and wish them much success on their journey and with their new book High Raw.  Check out the show segment below.
